How long have you been in business?
EZ Brite Lights opened for business in January after many months of research and development.
What is your primary product or service?
We refinish cloudy/hazy/yellowed headlights. Today 7 out of 10 cars/trucks on the road suffer with this problem. This causes a serious problem with night time driving vision as well as being correctable blemish to your cars appearance.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I first became interested when I noticed the problem with my car. I looked around for a solution and only could find these "would be/fix it" kits on the internet. After trying a few of theses kits (they didn't work very well) I came across a system that with a little of my own tweaking, solved my problem. During this process I notice how many cars today have this same problem. In other words, I saw a need and I am trying to fill it.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Service and dedication to quality. I offer guaranteed satisfaction with my service. If you don’t like the job, you pay nothing. I will go out of my way to meet the needs of my customers. I return all phone calls promptly and show up when I say I will. I stand behind my work 100% No excuses.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
EZ Brite Lights comes to you. We provide our service at your location of choice. Home, office, where ever it is convenient for you. No drop off or pick up hassles.

What type of payments do you accept?
Check or cash. We do not accept credit cards at this time do to the cost factor. I would rather offer a lower price.

My name is Craig Patterson, and I do it all.
What are your hours of operation?
Monday thru Saturday 8:00am to 6:00pm. If Sunday is your only possibility, I can make it happen.
